Founder
Selina Huang is a junior at the Winsor School in Boston. Inspired by her mom’s diagnosis of osteoporosis, she is passionate about raising awareness among at-risk individuals, promoting healthier lifestyle choices, and improving access to treatment. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog Mello and diving into the world of biology.

Emma Yu is a freshman at the Winsor School. She shares, “I joined OsteoSphere because I am interested in learning more about research, medicine, and different illnesses. A fun fact about me is I used to have pet chicks.”
Esther is a freshman at the Winsor School. She shares, "I’m thrilled to be part of this project because I’m passionate about raising awareness for bone health and helping others understand the importance of prevention. A fun fact about me is that I like to spend my free time playing the flute and watching movies."
Graphic Designers
Susan Zuo is a junior at the Winsor School. She is passionate about graphic design and website development. She says, "Through my skills, I hope I can help so many of my family and friends around me who are affected by osteoporosis and raise awareness in the public". A fun fact about Susan is that she has a black cat named Lucky!
Claire Fan is a sophomore at HKIS. She joined the Osteosphere in hopes to help advocate for osteoporosis patients and to make a change in their lives. She said that “As a graphic designer, I could give back to my community through a creative way that I enjoy and help the world at the same time!”
Finance Managers
Sonia Daizadeh is a junior at the Winsor School. She shared, “Osteoporosis affects so many people, and I’m excited about the chance to make a real difference in how it’s treated and prevented. It’s a great opportunity for me to learn more and contribute to something that matters by working with the finance portion of OsteoSphere.” A fun fact about Sonia is that she’s a three sport athlete!
Kendal Pauyo is a junior at the Winsor School. She says, “I’m taking part in the project because I want to spread more awareness about osteoporosis and learn more about osteoporosis by researching and interacting with those who are diagnosed with it. A fun fact about me is that I spend a lot of my free time dancing and I enjoy helping teach younger kids how to dance.
Outreach Manager
My name is Mia Gonzalez, and I’m a current junior at The Winsor School. I’m excited to be part of this project as Community Outreach Coordinator because I enjoy finding creative ways to connect with people and build excitement for meaningful initiatives. My role involves managing social media posts, distributing flyers, and implementing other strategies to grab attention. A fun fact about me is that I work for MFA Teen Programs as a social media and model, at times:)
